The ever popular public footpath along the river from Swanwick to Warsash is getting a face-lift. The bridge known as the 'Chinese Bridge' is being made more accessible by the removal of the current steep concrete steps and the addition of wooden approach ramps. We hope that the new ramps will aid those with small children and limited mobility. Access Team South would like to thank staff from River Hamble Country Park for all of their help with this project. Works should be complete by 14 October.
