Royal Victoria Railway Update

We have had a good summer and have managed some bush cutting and fencing. The Wednesday Conservation Volunteers have been putting up stock fencing around our top curve at the cemetery end. We would like to thank them for their valuable work making it safer for dogs and pedestrians. Also, we would like to thank Duncan for organising this and Bernie for overseeing the work. We look forward to being able to gain their assistance again soon, to continue fencing other parts of the track.

Our upcoming events are half term opening with trains running every day from 20-28 October. RVCP Fireworks Night 3 November, trains will be running as normal during the day and again open in the evening from 6:30pm before and after the fireworks. Tickets for the fireworks are limited and are available through the park and other venues (see p17). The evening train is cash only: £1 children, £2 adults.

Our exceptionally popular Santa Specials are filling fast so check out our website for more information and phone us to book a place. Santa trains are running on 15-16, 22-23 December. Tickets £12.50 per person, everyone can enjoy seasonal fayre and children under 10 years old receive a personalised present from Santa.

We will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, then open every day until 3 January 2019.
