We publish two editions of The Scene, one covering the Hamble Peninsula (Bursledon, Hamble and Netley abbey) with a circulation of 9,000, the other covering Woolston, Itchen  & Sholing with a circulation of 9,300. They are bi-monthlies with only 6 issues of each published in a year, and distribution is free, door-to-door using GPS tracked distribution. The publishing schedule is as follows:

February/March - Copy deadline 1 January - Distribution end of January

April/May - Copy deadline 1 March - Distribution end of March

June/July - Copy deadline 1 May - Distribution end of May

August/September - Copy deadline 1 July - Distribution end of July

October/November - Copy deadline 1 September - Distribution end of September

December/January - Copy deadline 1 November - Distribution end of November

 

We pride ourselves on the large amount of local news included in each issue - we are not just all adverts or general articles of no interest to local people. All non-profit groups, societies, clubs etc are eligible for free editorial in The Scene. You can see all our magazines online using the links under the Current Issues tab above.
